LAURA AIKEN received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Film Production at Chapman University in May 2007. She studied the various stages of production, but specialized in Screenwriting and Producing. Because of high academic achievements, she was admitted into, and excelled in, graduate level courses. She gained internship and work experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Pictures and New Line Cinema. With a love for Japan and its culture, she also took on Japanese language courses, and complimented her studies with a semester abroad in Kyoto, Japan.
