Dan Jahns

Dan Jahns has over 20 years combined experience in finance, sales and entertainment with companies including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Reuters and Fidelity Research & Management. Most recently Dan served as COO for Fierce Entertainment, a film development, production and finance company in Hollywood.

Prior to joining Fierce Entertainment Dan spent 7 years in financial software sales, first with Reuters and then as a Global Account Manager with FactSet Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) in New York responsible for the Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse accounts.  Prior to that he spent 9 years in financial services, six in operations and sales & trading with Morgan Stanley in Tokyo and Hong Kong and three with Goldman Sachs’ Technology Investment Banking group in New York working with clients including Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and Sapient. While based in New York Dan wrote, directed and produced for theatre and film.  He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) and has appeared on stage, TV and film.

Dan holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, an MA in International Business from The University of Pennsylvania’s Lauder Institute and a B.A. Economics and Japanese Studies from Bucknell University.
