COURTNEY ANDRIALIS (Development/Production Executive) is a native New Yorker, who after surviving thirteen years at an all girls school in Manhattan, went on to get her BFA in Film and Television Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. While at NYU, she produced numerous short films and music videos, including videos for the first singles of The Affair (Vice Records) and Latif (Motown), and was also one of the founding members of the Stern Tisch Entertainment Business Association (STEBA).
Upon graduation from film school, Courtney worked for one year in Acquisitions & Production at United Artists, under President Bingham Ray. When UA merged with Sony in 2004, she went on to work in Development & Production at New York based companies HDNet Films and Open City, both run by producers Jason Kliot and Joana Vicente. HDNet was co-founded by Todd Wagner & Mark Cuban, and was the first all HD production shingle in the US. Under that banner, she served as Creative Executive on numerous films including Zoe Cassavetes’ Broken English (starring Parker Posey, Drea DeMatteo, Gena Rowlands), Brian DePalma’s Iraq drama Redacted, and Alex Gibney’s documentary Hunter Thompson. With Open City, she oversaw a development deal with advertising mogul Donny Deutsch, served as Creative Executive on Joby Harold’s Awake (starring Jessica Alba, Hayden Christiansen, Terrence Howard) and was instrumental in the development of the upcoming Infinite Jest (to be directed by Sam Jones) and Nicole Holofcener’s Me, Too.
Courtney’s endeavors outside the film community include serving as a Junior Board Member for City Harvest, New York’s oldest and largest food rescue organization.
