About PalmStar

PalmStar is comprised of three different divisions including PalmStar Media Capital, PalmStar Entertainment, and PalmStar Casting.

 

Established in March 2010 by PalmStar Entertainment, Peggy Taylor, Kevin Frakes and Frank Pollifrone. PalmStar Media Capital will provide financial services to producers and distributors of film, television and other media. The company will manage a series of funds that will invest senior debt, mezzanine debt and distribution funding in to media content. PalmStar Media Capital will work closely with its strategic partners to develop its funds and operations. The company’s partners and consultants include William Morris Endeavor Agency, The Salter Group, K5 International and PalmStar Entertainment.

 

PalmStar entertainment is an independent film company based in New York and Los Angeles. Founded in 2004, PalmStar is focused on developing literary driven films and biographies. Using capital from its own private equity fund, the company  finances all stages of development including optioning literary properties, commissioning screenplays, and backing offers to talent.
